About

Finding resolutions to complex problems is one of the most exciting and challenging things I have done in my life. It doesn’t matter what type of problem it is cars, tech, cooking. I greatly enjoy the process of finding a solution.

This passion for troubleshooting started when my family purchased our first computer in 1992. I was 12 or 13, and in an era before the Internet, all we had were long, challenging manuals. When our computer had problems, I was the one who figured out how to fix it. At the time, I had no idea “IT” was even a career path.

That curiosity led me to my first job, an internship during high school, which was my first experience working with other technology-minded people.

For the past 27 years, I’ve built my career on that same foundation of problem-solving. I am loyal and will always be there to help my team, no matter the need. My inspiration in life comes from my faith, my wife, and my kids.
