Stop comparing yourself to others. Compare you to yourself. Are you better now than you were yesterday?
When you compare yourself with others you are only seeing the best in them and the worst in you. The comparison will never be balanced. Just have a goal of being a little better version of you every day. You will always make mistakes and some days feel like a terrible person. That is OK. We all do it. Just keep pushing forward. Love the good and the bad. The bad is what makes you strong and the good is the reward for being strong in the bad. Each day we will be a better us. What more could you ask?
