			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>My heater started having problems where it would run normally once or twice. Then the flame would go out half way throw the cycle. Finally it would not come on at all.  I really did not want to pay someone to come out. Mainly because I do not have the money to have it even looked at. So I got into it and started looking around. On the main circuit board panel there was a trouble shooting diagram. Followed the diagram and found that it maybe a dirty flame sensor. I removed and cleaned the flame sensor and so far all is well with the heater. So I extremely happy I was able to fix it and it not cost me money I do not have.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>September 30th 2009 a day that will live in infamy, it was a fun and exciting time for all.</p>
<p>TeleComp my former employer decided I was no longer a valued employee and laid me off. Was I angry? Yes I felt betrayed by the owners. I was always told that I would always have a job no matter what. Well that turned out to be not true.</p>
<p>I have come to realize that it was more than likely the best thing for me and my family. For a short time I felt like the 11 years I spent there was a waste. What was the point? Building friendships and relationships for it to be just taken away. Over the past months I have come to terms with what happened. I never did understand it.</p>
<p>Today was a realization, the 11 years was most likely just training. Training for what? Right now I think the training was for me to have the necessary skills to be able to run my own business. Is it true I am not 100% on that but that seems to be the case right now. I had always told myself I would never start my own business. Did not want the hassle. Did not want the responsibility. That started changing. As I had time to think about what I should do.</p>
<p>I have put and still am putting applications in at different businesses until my company starts to grow and can support me and my wife I will stop putting out applications. The business I have started is basically what I was doing for telecomp computer repair in all its various forms. I plan on expanding that into websites, graphic design (for print, web, and logos).</p>

So I rolled over and grabbed the handy iPhone to find the definition of those words. I do not know that i have ever even heard these words much less together. Here is the definition for those who do not know.</p>
